I know that atomos 5+ have the el zone system in it but is it gonna work with the the combination of atomos and sony a7s3 or the camera need a futur update to work with the atomos el zone system?
Some people are mention that can't get the the crushed dark parts in black on Sony S-Log3 / S-Gammut on a Atomos Ninja V+.I wondering if you close the aperture EL Zone would show you the crushed dark parts in black.I'm thinking of buying the OS11 Feature Pack for my Ninja V+ just for EL Zone System but if not accurate is useless ...
It should, if you have a problem reach out to sony... They're very interested in introducing it in their cameras, which I'm very enthusiastic about. Ed Lachman ASC
If you have a newer Atomos monitor with the EL Zone System installed it should be compatible with all of Sony’s current line of cameras that can be set to s-log3.
As long as you're sending a log signal to the monitor, it should work fine.
